4. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations within 24 hours may be eligible for up to 100% refund to use for another appointment.
- Refunds for credit card payments will go back to the original card; Razorpay payments will be refunded to the same account used.
5. Refund Policy
- Technical Issues: Full refund or successful booking if payment is debited but booking fails.
- Confirmed Bookings: No refunds for successfully confirmed appointments.
