Dr Majarul Islam has post-doctoral degree (DrNB) in Critical Care Medicine from the prestigious Apollo Main Hospital, Chennai. He pursued MBBS and MD (Anaesthesiology) both from Medical College, Kolkata where India's first pulse of western medicine began to beat. He is currently a consultant in Critical Care Medicine at Manipal Hospital, EM Bypass (Previously Medica Hospital). He is a well-respected faculty for National Board of Examination (DrNB) and West Bengal State Medical Faculty (DCCT) program at Manipal Hospital along with active involvement in clinical research and training.
