Suppose you are trying to buy our courses and your money has been debited from your bank account and the booking has not been confrimed in your account - in this case, if we receive the money, then you will get the refund in your account within 5 working days . No refund will be initiated once you’ve vist or used our service . Although these are digital services/digital materials - that’s why we are unable to give you the refund on your service. If you want to change your service, then you can do it. You can cancel your booking at any time but you will not get the refund always. Suppose you’ve booked a wrong appointment and you want to cancel your current booking for the other appointment, then you can do it. In this case, you have to call our customer care number +91 7318822922 or you can send a WhatsApp message to book another appointment within 24hrs then you may get upto 100% refund from us. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of booking and in case of Razorpay gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
