In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their booking and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
If you want to change your plan/course, then you can do it. You can cancel your booking at any time but you will not get the refund always.
Suppose you’ve booking a wrong appointment and you want to cancel your current booking, then you can do it.
In this case, you have to call our customer care number +91 7318822922 or you can send a WhatsApp message to book another appointment within 24hrs then you may get upto 100% refund to book another appointment from us.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Razorpay gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Refund Policy
100% refund will be initiated if there is any technical error. Suppose you are trying to book an appointment and your money has been debited from your bank account and the booking has not been reflected in your account - in this case, if we receive the money,
then you will get the refund or your booking will be initiated in your account. No refund will be initiated once you’ve booked our services successfully.
